Made to measure.
Discover how your furniture comes to life — from technical drawings and cutting the material through CNC machining, edge banding and lacquering to assembly and final quality control. Seven steps that make INTER‑PRO what it is.
Technical documentation
Once the design has been agreed, our engineer prepares detailed technical drawings. They form the foundation for a smooth project and for your satisfaction with the result — every detail is resolved before a single board is touched.

Cutting and material preparation
On our professional HOMAG SAWTEQ beam saw we cut the boards to the production plan with accuracy down to tenths of a millimetre. This is the foundation the quality of the whole product rests on.

CNC machining
A HOMAG DRILLTEQ V-200 and a WEEKE CNC router work to tenths of a millimetre. We machine grooves, holes and every detail needed for a perfect fit between components. Everything is driven digitally from the production documentation.

Edge banding and sanding
Edges are banded on a HOMAG edge bander with a wide range of decors, and surfaces are hand-sanded to a perfectly smooth finish. This is the stage that creates the tactile and visual detail which makes furniture feel premium.

Surface finishing and lacquering
Matt, satin, oiled or high-gloss lacquer — we apply the finish in our own SAIMA spray booth. The lacquer then cures in our own clean-room environment.

Assembly and installation
The skilled hands of our experienced cabinetmakers put every piece together with millimetre-level precision right in our workshop. Each unit goes through a thorough fit and function check before it is delivered to you, and the final installation on site is carried out with the same care.

Quality control
Final quality is something we take exceptionally seriously. Our production foreman personally goes through every finished piece together with the cabinetmakers — comparing it against the technical drawings, checking dimensions and surface finish. Only what meets our highest standards makes it into your interior.

During production you are welcome to drop by and see for yourself how your project is progressing.
